Born Under A Bad Sign

Albert King recorded the song sometime in 1967 and it soon became a Blues standard with a whole lot of covers. A couple of them are real hard to find, my personal favourite amongst them. (The B B King version).

However, this below is what Hendrix did to the song. Turned it inside out, and played a wailing blues instrumental number that is considered by many to be one of the finest specimens in the genre.

I am not including the Clapton/ Cream version, because I really don’t like it. However, one has quite a decent Homer Simpson version.
